New Customers

For new clients, we invite you to schedule a complimentary On-Site Meeting with one of our team members. During this session, we will conduct a thorough client intake process, walk through your home and provide you with a complimentary "Platinum Plan" report.

"Quick Look" Plan @ $73/Visit

"Platinum" Plan @ $99/Visit

Walk the perimeter to review the home exterior and property.
Move all mail, newspapers and packages inside the home.
Enter every room of the home looking, listening and smelling for any apparent issues.
Check that all doors and windows are secured.
Check the circuit breakers for any tripped breakers.
Check that the sump pumps are operational.
Re-set the alarm/security system.
Visit report and photograph(s) supplied.

In addition to everything included in the "Quick Look" Plan, we will also do the following:

Check that the refrigerator, freezer and coolers are operational.
Cycle the water. Toilet flushing & cold/hot water faucet flow check.
Short cycle the dishwasher, washer/dryer and garbage disposal.
Light switch operation, turn on/off all lights to verify function and bulb status.
Check the Heat/AC/Humidity settings.
Start and Idle automobile(s).

Custom Add-on Services

Liaison & coordinate access with contractors and other third parties @ $90/hour.
Emergency Liaison (Holidays, immediate service, after business hours) @ $150/hour.
Attic & Crawl space review @ $25/visit.
Miscellaneous services @ $90/hour + expenses. As an example these services include but are not limited to:
- Processing your mail or packages as directed.
- Simple errands and/or restocking of refrigerator, bar & pantry as directed.
- Change bulbs & batteries..

*For first-time clients, an on-site meeting will be scheduled before the initial service booking date to collect necessary information for the fulfillment of services and agree on contract terms and conditions.

Additionally, please note that our services are based on 10 or fewer water zones in the home. We will add $10 per additional water zone to the price plan per visit. An individual water zone is defined as a:

Kitchen
Bathroom (full or ½)
Laundry room
Kitchenette or bar with a sink or ice-maker
Utility room or closet
Sump pump(s)
