• Must pass a background check to obtain insurance company bonding.

• Should have a basic understanding of home systems or be willing to complete online training courses leading to a Home Watch Graduate Certification.

• Conduct visual inspections on various home systems, including water sources, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, security/alarms and other fundamental home operations. 

 

Sales Position

Job Type: Part-time

 

• Must pass a background check to obtain insurance company bonding.

• Handle telephone & email inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• Familiar with billing, scheduling, and general computer system operations.

• Professional and comfortable in handling whatever comes up in a timely manner.
